Finger, Fork & Knife

When it’s cold and dreary outside there is nothing more comforting than a big bowl of something wholesome, sweet, and a little spicy. My Moroccan Beef Tagine with Figs and Almonds is healthy, beautifully textured, and miraculously delicious when you are suffering from the end-of-summer blues. Cumin and turmeric keeps things grounded, and the addition of ginger, leek, and garlic make the grey clouds disappear and sky open up.

I fell in love with this girl and her blog a couple of years ago after I fell in love with her wedding dress because I’ve always been in love with tulle. With me? I thought if you’re going to go all-out-hell-for-leather tulle meringue, this is the way to do it. And her sister made it. And they’re the cutest (Swedish but of course) couple in the world. I think you’re pretty wonderful wonderful Clara.

Recently, I did just that and as always the stroll clears the clutter within the dome, and gets you refocused on the pressing tasks at hand.

These shots were captured while on this stroll and hell yeah they are simple and very basic. Sometimes it is just what the doctor ordered. This first shot,

was taken with…

I never thought of creating a room in a greenhouse until I saw these images. Building an interior in a such place gives you an amazing view and impression of a large, open space.

I believe a piece of solid wood furniture is necessary in such case! Or at least something close to nature.

Oh, what a view!

A greenhouse kitchen is an excellent idea! This one looks brilliant! Everything here is well thought through.

If you own a greenhouse, I encourage you to put there a table with chairs and eat now and then candlelight suppers! At least that’s what I would do…
